At Dairyland NIL, we bring big-league marketing expertise to Wisconsin’s college athletes and local businesses. Our founder has spent over 13 years driving $100MM+ media budgets for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Domino’s Pizza, SmileDirectClub, FILA, Conair, and Quest Diagnostics—as well as at top agencies like Horizon Media and R/GA.
We’ve worked with some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment, from Olympic gold medalist Aly Raisman to global superstar Shawn Mendes to celebrity chef Nick DiGiovanni. We understand how to build personal brands, create high-impact partnerships, and maximize exposure—because we’ve done it for some of the most recognizable influencers in the world. Now, we’re bringing that same expertise home to Wisconsin.
As a former athlete and now a season ticket holder for all UW sports, we know what it takes to succeed on and off the field. That’s why we go beyond just connecting brands and athletes—we handle every step of the process, from outreach and negotiations to activation and execution. Our goal is to make sure athletes can focus on school and sports, while we handle the business side.
